Monochrome architectural interior clad in non-combustible finishing panels

Non-Combustible Architectural Panels

Fire resistance isn’t applied.
It’s inherent.

Wall, ceiling and floor finishing panels engineered from recycled industrial waste into a Class A, non-combustible core — no surface coating standing between your building and the next code cycle.

Why Non-Combustible

Not coated.
Composed.

Most “fire-rated” finishes rely on a surface treatment — a layer that can wear, chip, or fail under heat long before the substrate does. Shinwoong panels carry no such layer to fail.

The non-combustible property runs through the full depth of the material, because the material itself — not a coating applied to it — is what will not sustain flame. What you specify is what protects the building, top to bottom.

Face
Dense mineral finish layer — the specified appearance, monochrome or textured.
Non‑Combustible Core
Recycled aggregate matrix. This is the layer that will not sustain flame — by composition, not by coating.
Backer
Structural support layer, engineered for consistent panel flatness and fastening.

From Waste to Certification

Three steps.
One non-negotiable outcome.

01

Recycled Industrial Waste

The mineral base is diverted, not mined.

Fly ash and industrial by-product — material otherwise destined for landfill — form the mineral base of every panel we produce.

02

Non-Toxic Processing

No solvents. No off-gassing binders.

Processed without asbestos, radon, or heavy metals at any stage — a material safe to specify for occupied interiors, not only exterior cladding.

03

Certified Non-Combustible

Tested before it ever reaches a jobsite.

Each panel is tested and nationally certified Class A / non-combustible — verified at the material level, not the finish level.

Applications

One material.
Three applications.

The same non-combustible core, engineered to the tolerances and fastening systems each application demands — wall, ceiling, and floor.

Built For The Wildland-Urban Interface

Where the fire line meets the property line.

As wildfire perimeters push further into residential zones, California’s WUI codes now shape how — and with what — homes and multi-family buildings are rebuilt. Shinwoong panels are non-combustible at the material level, supporting compliant, ember-resistant assemblies for new construction and post-fire rebuilds alike.
